Hello! I am McKenzie Hansen!
For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be a teacher. That was until my second semester of my Junior year in college when I started the education program. Yikes!!! I was very overwhelmed, unprepared, and unsure about my career plans.
By this time I had already been in a classroom for two years, facilitating my own pilot program (that later became my non-profit organization, SELECT Programs, Inc) and new that a traditional classroom setting wasn’t for me.
